Equity

This option is for Property Owners of Oak Creek Estates only. There is a $250 one time fee plus an annual fee of $430. Equity Membership can be sold or passed down through property ownership.
Payment Plan Options:
$250 (if applicable) + $145 due March 15

Non-Voting

This option gives you first priority every year for membership over Annual members. There is a one-time $100 fee plus $470 annually.

$100 (if applicable) + $160 due March 15
$155 due April 15
$155 due May 15
Annual

This includes an annual fee only of $490. This option is available for residents and non-residents. This is on a first come first serve basis when memberships are available.
