Equity
This option is for Property Owners of Oak Creek Estates only. There is a $250 one time fee plus an annual fee of $430. Equity Membership can be sold or passed down through property ownership.
Payment Plan Options:
$250 (if applicable) + $145 due March 15

Non-Voting
This option gives you first priority every year for membership over Annual members. There is a one-time $100 fee plus $480 annually.

Annual
This includes an annual fee only of $500. This option is available for residents and non-residents. This is on a first come first serve basis when memberships are available.

This year, the signup for is ONLY FOR ANNUAL MEMBERS. We will use last year’s information to contact Non-Voting and Equity Members.
Payment
OPTION 1: CHECK
Our address has changed as there is now a mailbox on property, so you can drop or mail a check. If you have used the Bill Pay service from your bank to pay dues in the past, please make sure to enter our new address in Bill Pay. Any mail sent to the old address will be returned.
Please do not put cash in the mailbox. Contact Debbie to coordinate drop off of a cash payment.
